Requirements for Applicants

- Be between 25 and 45 years old
- Have completed secondary school education
- Be confident in public speaking
- Be ready to work on commission-based payment
- Be willing to undergo insurance training
- Be able to read and write Kinyarwanda fluently
- Have no unpaid bank debts
- Have no outstanding tax debt with RRA
- Must not have been sentenced by courts to imprisonment exceeding six months
